We do not sell jewellery items to children.
WHEN ORDERING
By completing and submitting an electronic form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note orders will only be despatched once we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized. Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed as stated below.
Once you have placed your order.
- We will send you, and as soon as possible an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which goods you have ordered. This email is not an order acceptance from us.
- When the order of your goods is ready to despatch from our shop, we will send you a confirmation email. This email constitutes a formal acceptance of your order by us. This also means that a contract between us is agreed and we are obliged to fulfil our obligations under this contract.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT AN ORDER IF THE FOLLOWING OCCURS.
- We do not have the goods in stock
- Your payment is not authorized
- There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods.
- You have cancelled it in accordance with the cancellation instructions stated below.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER BEFORE DESPATCH
If you change your mind after placing an order with us, you may cancel it at any time before we despatch it. You can E mail us to cancel the order. You will need to give us your name and address, to cancel the order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our website shows goods available for purchase in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. We are unfortunately unable to despatch goods to address outside either the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
The prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. The prices stated on the website include VAT. Packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods. Prices quoted on the website are applicable exclusively to goods purchased through the website. Prices applicable to goods purchased at Wintons shop may differ from quoted on the website. While we make every effort to ensure that goods shown on the website are currently available at the price shown on the website, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered online are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If a pricing error is made on our website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of buying the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order. Your order will be cancelled if we cannot get in contact with you to notify you of the error.
DELIVERY POLICY
Wintons wish for your purchase to arrive in perfect condition and as early as possible. Therefore all our deliveries will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will inform you when the product has been despatched and will provide you with the Royal Mails tracking number. We endeavour to dispatch your special item on the next working day.
If your items have to be ordered direct from our suppliers and we are unable to dispatch your order within our normal delivery period, we will contact you to discuss and advise you accordingly.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- All orders are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery and postage charge will be £8.00

- All delivery times mentioned are subject to stock availability.
- Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and may be extended as a result of any adverse weather conditions or any unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
- All orders must be signed for upon receipt.
- We can only deliver to customers within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO ORDER DIFFICULTIES
Occasionally, orders placed with us are cancelled and cannot be delivered.
- The items may not be available.
- The shipping address given may not be verified.
- The payment information could not be verified.
- If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancellation. We will issue a refund, if you are charged in any cancellation cause.

Wintons consider your choice and decision in the highest regard, however occasionally: we understand you may wish to return items.
You may return any item purchased within 28days from the date of purchase and may request a full refund or exchange. You can return your item by post or in person at our shop.

RETURN BY POST
Purchases can be returned by post within 28 days for a refund or an exchange as confirmed above. For your benefit and security, we highly recommend that you send your items back to our shop by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of goods whilst they are in transit. It would be helpful if you could include a note about the reason for the return. For an exchange we will send the exchanged item to the address you have registered on our website Please use the following address when returning items.

- We can only refund the amount of the purchase to the credit card which was used for the ordering of the goods.
- We cannot give you a cash refund.
- The items must be in their original condition and packing and accompanied with a proof of purchase.
- We will not accept items for return that have been altered or personalized in any form.
- We cannot accept returns which may have been bought from a sale.
- We will not refund postage on bought items.
INSTORE RETURN
